The Competitive Development Centre Program takes place on Friday evenings for U12-17 & Saturday afternoons for U8-11.
Groups are split by gender and combined by U8/U9, U10/U11 & U12/13.
Sessions will be split into different segments, starting with individual work before moving on to team and structured development.
